Grilled Cheese

Grilled cheese is as tasty as the best dishes in the world, but can be made on the go. This is our recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread: Any type will do.

Salted butter

2 different cheeses, ex: mozzarella and cheddar

Recipe:

Butter your slices of bread on both sides, so that all 4 sides have been buttered. Then, if you don't have pre sliced cheese, grate your cheese onto your bread or place it gently. Take a pan and preheat it slightly for about 1 minute. Then, place your bread onto the pan individually, meaning the 2 slices aren’t touching each other. Wait for 3 minutes, then flip. Wait another 3 minutes, then take out of the pan and enjoy!

Tomato Soup

Ingredients:10-12 Medium sized tomatoes. ½ of a Large Onion 4 tbsp. of unsalted butter1  ½ cups of water or broth ½ teaspoon of salt

Recipe: Melt the butter over medium heat in any sort of saucepan. Add your onion wedges, water or broth, tomatoes, and ½ teaspoon of salt. Heat the pan up until the water is almost boiled. After that, cook at the same heat for around 40 minutes. During this time, keep stirring and adding more salt if needed. Afterwards, take the soup out of the pan and into the blender, being careful not to spill anything.(AA) Blend the soup until ready. Afterwards, add any spices you want, like pepper, salt, or basil. Enjoy!

Mac and Cheese

So cheesy that you will start making cheesy jokes like this one.

Ingredients:

Elbow Macaroni Noodles(boxed)

Butter

All Purpose Flour

Milk

Shredded cheddar cheese

Salt

Pepper

Dry Bread Crumbs

Recipe:

Boil a large pot of water. Then, add noodles and cook according to package directions.Take out a  saucepan and melt your butter. Add flour to the butter, and stir. While stirring slowly add your milk to the mixture. Continue mixing until the mixture is boiling. Cook the mixture at boiling temperature for 2 minutes, then remove the heat. Stir in your cheese, while adding salt and pepper as the cheese melts. When the cheese melts, add the noodles to the mixture and mix until the sauce is coating the noodles. Take out a large tray that fits the amount of mac and cheese you are making. Dump the mac and cheese into the pan, then coat the top with breadcrumbs. Place in the oven and bake until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Take out and enjoy!

Salad

The one recipe that actually makes veggies

taste good. Healthy but helpful to your cravings.

Ingredients:

(Note that this recipe isn’t fully by the book. Salads can vary a lot, so choose the best option from the sections we give you)

Choose 1 or more green vegetables - Broccoli, Spinach, Cucumbers, etc. 

Choose some fruit - Apples, Oranges, Grapes, etc.

(optional) Choose some dairy - Cheese, milk, etc.

Add protein - Chicken, beans, fish, eggs, etc.

(optional) Add dips - Ranch, Mayonnaise, Ketchup,, etc.

Mix and enjoy!

Hashbrowns

As crispy as the leaves in the fall you step on.

Ingredients:

2 medium sized shredded potatoes.

½ of a medium sized chopped onion.

¼ cup of all purpose flour

1 Large egg

Oil for frying.

Salt and Pepper

Recipe:

Rinse your shredded potatoes until the water appears clear. Drain your potatoes and squeeze them dry. Place your potato in a bowl and add in your flour, egg, and onion and mix well. Place about ¼ cup of oil on a skillet over medium heat. Place about ½ inch thick layers of potatoes individually, like pancakes. Cook for around 5 minutes or until the hashbrown is browned. Flip over and repeat. Take out of skillet and place on a plate. Enjoy!

Grilled Salmon

Melts in your mouth like butter.

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds salmon fillets

lemon pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste

salt to taste

â…“ cup soy sauce

â…“ cup brown sugar

â…“ cup water

¼ cup vegetable oil

Recipe: Gather ingredients. Season the salmon with lemon pepper, garlic, and salt. Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Place salmon in a ziploc bag and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat an outdoor grill on medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Place salmon on the grill and cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve and enjoy!
